Maria has twenty years experience in devising and delivering high quality arts workshops and training courses in a variety of educational and arts settings, throughout the UK and abroad. She has experience of working with all ages and abilities.

Maria firmly believes there is a potential artist in everyone and has devised numerous intriguing exercises and methods for accessing the creative process for groups and individuals. Through her study of how we learn and how the creative process is linked to the learning process Maria provides exciting and developmental workshops that aim at a transformational experience through art-making for the participants, be they 3 or 93.

Maria delivers workshops in a variety of media and works either alone or collaboratively with other artists and art forms. She is available for drawing, painting, sculpture and performance/installation workshops.

In addition, Maria has devised training days for teachers, artists and other professionals in need of creative input. She can tailor make workshops/training to suit your needs and welcomes enquiries.

Fees range from £200 - £500 per day plus travel and materials (and accommodation if necessary).
